What are you doing/taking to maximize lifespan and preserving a youthful look?
Supplements? Exercise? Lifestyle?
I’m only 23 but worried because everyone around me is starting to look like shit. They gained weight, drink often, and just look- old?
Ive been taking: Bronson triple strength fish oil, krill oil with astaxanthin, 5k ui vitamin d per day, zinc, and a bunch of other stuff. I also dont smoke or drink.
Skin is the main factor that makes you look old. Sun is the thing that most damages the skin, just avoid the sun at any cost, sunscreens do not work, this is the secret of the Japanese.

gotta get your antioxidants in too user. put some cacao powder in your coffee each morning.

I practically lived in the sun in my younger years and I look 12 years old at 26, just with broad shoulders and a receded hairline. I ain't buying that. I think the secret to looking young is happiness (lack of stress factors, to be precise)

Japs also eat a lot of carbs like sweet potato/brown rice and only eat fish twice a week or something, right?
I juul a little (have taken like a year break just started again), but I don't know if it will affect me age wise. The appetite suppression of nicotine is just so beneficial.

>Ive been taking: Bronson triple strength fish oil, krill oil with astaxanthin, 5k ui vitamin d per day, zinc, and a bunch of other stuff Has no impact at all. What you can do is eat a healthy diet and be very active, have good sleep hygiene and handle stress well. Healthy relationships are also important. But i think genetics plays the biggest impact. I've seen so many people live hard on alcohol and drugs and they still age gracefully. For looking young a low bodyfat percentage really helps.

having a good omega 3 ratio definitely helps
just look at all the gooks who live to 150 eating fish all day
Xavier Hall
>having a good omega 3 ratio definitely helps I heard about this many years ago. I think its bullshit. But you ain't gonna have that magic ratio of omega 3's to 6 that is supposedly so healthy because a large portion of food leads to that "imbalance" and its almost impossible to have that ideal amount. I could be wrong, but all things considered your energy if your goal is longevity should probably be spent elsewhere then on things like that.

I am 19 and look like shit. have crows feet, banged up tortured eyes and a weird face texture. I am going to experiment with Retinol and dermarolling and hope for better skin. If that doesn't work out I'm going to tattoo max and bang alt girls at metal shows

get to 25 without a car accident, without developing psychosis/mental disorder (happens a lot in early 20s - avoid drugs) and you'll be fine.
after 25 its a matter of taking care of your teeth/gums plus all the usual stuff like diet, exercise, and so on.
Brody Smith
>DAILY mobility exercises >sustainable, maintainable strength training routine >cardio sprinkled throughout week >3 day /fasts/ whenever I have enough excess bodyfat to do so safely

Binge drink, smoke a pack a day for years, eat like 1lb of meat a day, tons of HFCS mt dew etc.
It literally doesn't matter, you can be shredded and eat pure garbage and do tons of drugs and still look young.
Other people age like 10 years when they hit 20 and blame it on smoking or drugs, its their shit genetics.
Adrian Harris
It's both you fucking idiot

by maximising nutrient density and minimising inflammation
animal-based nutrition for them superfoods - lots of red meat - butter - eggs - cheese
non-starchy plants like avocados, olives (and their oils)
fry in stable fats (beef tallow, pork lard, ghee)
manage inflammation by: - minimise polyunsaturated fats, especially processed seed oils (basically avoid omega-6/linoleic acid) - minimal refined grains/carbs/added sugars - stick to whole foods sources of glucose like sweet potatoes and rice - do not abuse fructose (fruit are a nice treat but to be managed) - keep carbs low overall (no need to go full-keto,

It's all about hormones. Check out Dr. Sam Robbin's youtube channel. Also do carnivore diet. It's like a very, very low dose T regimen.
Resveratrol Nicotinamide mononucleotide Growth hormone secretagogues like CJC no DAC and GHRP6 Retin A cream Avoiding the sun and when you do go out into it wear Korean sunscreen, they have ingredients in them that haven't been approved for use yet in America and they're much more effective at blocking UV rays

I'm visiting my grandma and I showed her Tim's picture and she said he looks fine.

Eat high fat, animal based diet. Organic, grass fed. Never put hands in pocket. Always out swinging or on thighs when sitting. Head up, back straight. Squiet your eyes to be more sharp and clear. Chin up, and never look down. Bone broth, kieffer and raw eggs along with sirloin steak and liver. Eat ONLY Hagan daysz ice cream. Listen to doom metal and do 100 pullups everyday. Take cold showers and take 0.05% trention for youth gains. Massage your scalp for bloodflow and to reduce baldness. Use organic products with no test reducing chemicals and garbage. Eat no vegetable oils or sugar besides Hagan daysz. Bike to your gym for HIIT gains and to work legs and cardio. Wear a ranger hat to block the sun. Workout outside shirtless to gain cold immunity and nice tanned skin. FOLLOW ALL AND YOU CAN BE LIKE ME. TEST INCREASED IN 2 MONTHS FROM 210 TO 620 AND I LOOK REALLY HIGHTEST

>non-starchy plants like avocados, olives (and their oils) >- stick to whole foods sources of glucose like sweet potatoes and rice nigga you contradict yourself
Jaxon Sanchez
Yeah bro just avoid the sun at all costs so you look like a disgusting pasty loser who hasn't left his house in years. You need some sun to make yourself look healthy you fucking sperg.
Nathaniel Cook
i mostly talked about the extremes of a good diet: maximising nutrient density (put in good stuff) and minimising inflammation (avoid bad stuff)
starchy plants like rice and potatoes sit somewhere in the middle. they're not particularly nutrient dense (but they're not exactly empty calories) and in the absence of metabolic dysfunction (leptin/insulin resistance/hyperinsulinemia, T2 diabetes) they're going to be well digested.
so if you have the budget for carbohydrates (physically active, looking to put on weight), focus on these "safe starches". otherwise, get most of your nutrition from the most nutrient dense of foods (ruminant meat, butter, eggs, cheese)
