Infinite time. Imagine running ever, let alone a full mile.

Damn she's sexy. I don't like her views at all but she is sexy as fuck and I love her voice

OT: if you can hit 6:30 or under with a good amount of muscle on you I consider that pretty good

Sub 5 honestly which for the average person that's not hard

I WANT TO SMELL HER FEET AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

idk it took me 3 weeks to get sub 5:00 mile, 315lb bench only took 2

I have abs, I look good for a normie at 198lbs. I cannot run worth a shit. My fastest mile was 15 minutes. I just get tired and bored. Start walking. Then run. Then walk.

I barely have the attention for sets of 12, who the fuck wants to run for a mile?

6 minutes and you're a runner, IMO (as opposed to being an aspiring runner or a novice)

5 minute mile is pretty high level man.

we were having a thread the other day discussing which is harder 1/2/3/4 or a sub 5 mile. 5 minute mile is probably harder for all but the skinniest of Auschwitzfags

>a full mile
Dude a mile is like the shortest distance you can run to get anything from it and even then you've got to be going flat out. Don't skip heart day, we're built to run. It's one of the most fundamental aspects of Yas Forumsness desu

bait

>10:00+ - terrible conditioning/obese

>8:30-9:59 - untrained

>7:30-8:29 - normie/beginner

>6:30-7:29 - hobby runner/intermediate

>5:45- 6:29 - conditioned athlete/runner

>5:15- 5:44 - exceptional runner

Nobody runs faster than that as a hobby runner. This also obviously doesn't apply to track and field athletes/competitive runners

Actor Jason Robards ran a 4:18 mile in high school like a billion years ago

Shit man, the fastest I've ever run a mile in is 8mins, like exactly 8mins, and that was at 250 pounds, probably like 20% body fat. I grew up a fat fuck until I lost a good chunk of the weight, but my running sucks as a result of barely ever doing it growing up.

Gentlemen, this is what we call a LARP

You just don't have the will for it. If my 250+ pound ass can run a mile at a 10min pace average, and as fast as 8, you're skinny ass can easily do it.

anything under 7:00
my pr is 5:55 and if anyone asks i say "five something"

actually it's what we used to call trolling

My best mile is 5:59 but I am not nearly as built as many fit people

Check em, OP. I've seen some fatsos run under 6 minutes, so it's not impossible

I want to cuddle and then have sex with AOC in the missionary position.

Based and very redpilled.

God I'm so in love with her

idk a mile but my best 5km time was 21:52

then i started lifting

id say this is accurate

1/2/3/4 has taken me much longer than sub 5 minute mile. a lot of highschool kids can go sub 5 but i doubt many are at 1/2/3/4

Relatable and based

I'm not a track or field athlete and don't competitions and got 5:11. Mate you runs just for fitness got 5:05.
Competitve runners easily get below 5 minutes.

Sub 6 minutes is pretty good for someone who doesn't have running as their main focus
>t. 5 year elite track athlete

How long would it take to get from an 8min/mile to 6min/mile?

I did it in highschool and I was seeing stars by the time I finished and for a while after too
