You probably have a small frame and not much muscle mass. Youre still probably around 12%-15% bf so youre just skinny fat
I eat lots of beef, bacon, eggs, oatmeal, cereal.. I tons of fast food when I'm out at work (construction inspector) I just dont know. People tell me to eat more or I dont eat enough but I eat until I physically feel sick.

This is still not helping. Copunt your calories over a full week and then avg them per day for an actual indication of how much you eat.
Also I'd wager you eat yourself sick once and then feel so terrible about eating you don't do that again for another week.
Youve gotta do it every day, for a couple of months or more, until your body is used to it and you don't feel sick anymore.
Maybe your gut is fucking in shambles? Have you tried taking probiotics and eating healthy food instead of fastfood? Maybe some fermented foods? Also make sure you don't have parasites or some shit. Sounds like your body isn't able to digest or absorb what you're eating.

You don't eat a lot of food. Find your TDEE. Eat 500 calories above that every day. You will gain 1lb a week.

I just eat whatever, I dont really ever pay attention or have any specific routines. All I know is I'm not starving. When I buy ground beef for example.. I dont even look at the description.. I see ground beef I buy it. I just need to be smarter with what I'm purchasing I guess

I easily ate around 4000 calories yesterday on my cheat day and could still eat more. If you think you're eating a lot, you should start counting.
I had Taco Bell for lunch (a 5 layer burrito, two fresco soft tacos, triple layer nacho, mini chicken quesadilla), half a bag of granola, shit ton of sugary sweets around the house, a medium sub from Firehouse Subs and a bag of chips, on top of various things throughout the day. I can guarantee you that if you think you're eating a lot, you're probably not.

Yes, it is for people who can't help themselves, if you consume 6 scoops post workout it is practically fool proof. You will gain weight, even if you barely eat anything else as these people tend to do.
