from my experience, during fast, after accounting for water weight loss its stable 0.4kg per day of weight loss.

yes its true that you cant do volume when fasting

but you dont get detrained as hard as doing low deficit for long ass time, and you can get back to training hard fast.

Don't totally fast then. 4 whey shakes a day, fish oil, CLA, two eggs, and casein at night is like 850 calories. You'll still have a 1350 deficit before cardio and lose less. Add in a brisk walk or sprints in the morning after BCAAs with stims if you want to kick it up.

Additionally, refeed halfway through the 10 days with a full meal for insulin sensitivity and then that will also give you the energy for a higher intensity workout
