They eat less.
Don’t eat a lot of meat
Severe stigma, food is expensive (seriously, food is fucking insane in japan), people walk everywhere
Shame
Fat shaming written into their law.
Everyone makes their own stats, so not really reliable.
>5 of top 7 are the anglo countries
Based and bloatpilled
I really think the stats aren't accurate. Search for US and Mexico in different years, every year they vary by ~10%, so that means the obese population grows or drops by about one third each year.
the workplace gets fined if their workers are fat or some shit
>30% obese
>still Hungary
Bullshit. You get a good value in terms of calories.
Look up What I’ve Learned’s youtube video on why japan has barely any obesity. He lives in Japan and has some interesting thoughts on the matter.
Vending machines with green tea as or even more common than soda. Lots of common meals that are basically fish+veggies. In the big cities a higher percentage of people walks or uses bikes to go from A to B. Working hours + high value of a social code makes it inappropriate to eat for more time a day and the healthcare system itself should be a big factor.
Shame and gov control over sugar
They eat plenty of meat.
Where do you think Wagyu beef comes from?
They just don't eat much processed carbs. Also they hate fat people.
Kek
The Hung-Aryans know what they want and they take it. Can't do that on a diet of rabbit food.
I've been to Tokyo and the food was relatively cheap.
shes' lucky the yakuza watches over her or she'd be bred daily...by me and I ain't paying her.
>all the self-reporting countries are slim
hmmm
they have small dicks
Small portions and half your plate being composed of veggies, seriously their rice bowls are like small mugs lmao
this, they don't eat as much bread, they don't eat as much heavy pasta, they don't eat as many potatoes
They eat better food. They drink more water. They exercise regularly.
All things that the Western world does not do.
It is against the law to be fat in Japan
Bullying and shaming those who are fat. japan-guide.com
What does that have to do with it?
> High consumption of complex carbs
> Low consumption of fat
It’s that simple.
the fats in mexico come to the US
If you are fat they will assume you are a Sumo. That's like stolen valor, highly frowned upon
>Austria
No fucking way. They are the biggest consumers of alcohol in Europe. All they eat is pork and salt.
You realise that our stomach's aren't cows right. We don't have a complex gut system for the purpose of converting raw vegetables into fat cells which are the cells our entire body uses for energy and not essentially glucose. Glucose has only been dubbed as a "primary source" due to how easily acquirable it is but in actuality, it's the insuling trying to kick it out as quickly as possible since it knows it's not a energy source naturally needed for the body. Maybe there are other needs for carbs but too much is what causes all the problems we see happening right now, and not meat and such. People who overeat and wrongly eat are the ones hurting themselves.
>What makes Japan so.... not grossly overweight? What can others learn from them?
I always visit Japan at least 3 times a year for a sex marathon, first time I went I warned I didn't like fat women...
Oh boy how wrong you are haha, at least with my meat
Asian here. My mom told me that growing up, women were taught to not eat any more rice than the size of their palm. American portions are fucked: an American small soda is a large anywhere else, for example.
Also fat shaming is everywhere. People will fat shame as casually as stating the weather. Ironically, I don't think Asians have as much of an anorexia or bulimia problem as Americans.
actually this
they have a bi-yearly fat tax. You have to pay to be fat
Yas Forums doens't like this answer but genes almost certainly have something to do with it
It's mainly social stigma and it's good that way.
They eat less and eat more healthy foods.
Ameriburgers know very well that most people would throw up in an instant if they were forced to eat a typical 3000kcal american meal.
