I would if I were you, I looked pretty similar bout 2 months ago and cut since then, arms lost a bit of size but my waist has shrunk enough that I think it's an overall aesthetic gain.

i greatly increased weights on every exercise during the bulk as well yet it feels like i gained 0 mass on my chest
