Some folks are born silver spoon in hand, oh Lord don't they help themselves, and when the band plays "Hail to the Chief" they point their cannon at you, oh Lord.

It ain't me, it ain't me, ain't no senator's son.
It ain't me, it ain't me, ain't no fortunate one.

omg ur not a real men then :)
if u lift heavier you will be more flourinshing and a better hummen

Do push-ups till failure 5 days a week instead of bench. Then test your 1rm on the bench every couple of weeks and thank me later.

How much do you weight? I'm a 5'4 135lb manlet (61kg) and 73kg was my one rep max for a while.

Wtf, I could bench 80kg on my first day at the gym, are you a woman?

SOME FAWKS ARE BAWN

This gotta be a troll

been on SS for 2 years, then switched to 5x5 for 3 years

little to no progress on arms (starting was 30 kg)

OHP is something like 30

5rm, not 1rm (never did those)

my squat is like 50kg, my deadlift 100kg 1 rep and bench 73kg 5x5

You have to eat even more my friend

Do a little bit of volume 10x10 or 8x8 for a while. You can also do 5/3/1 start with 5 reps at 55 kg, then 3 reps at 68kg, then try 1 rep 75, then you do 10 reps at 40. Next you add 1 kg per 1 kg
You can also try spoto press or focus on negative rep for example 5x5 negative rep with 60kg

>it ain't 2pl8s starts playing

I've been at 75kg 5x5 max for a while, what changed my performance was working out with someone so they can spot you, might sounds funny or strange but when you're stuck like this might be psychologically you're afraid. Afraid of not be able to press the bar of your chest or having the bar falling down on you, so with a spotter this can't happen. Once I started training with a spotter I went to 110kg in less than 6 months. Adding more weight at every session.

Also you can try your max once a week, then the next session you do a 4x3 at 80% of your rep max, next session at 4x3 90%, next session 4x3 at 70%, rest for a day, try to do 3 reps at 95 % of your max. A day of rest and try to do a new max. It also really helped me

Hope it will to you
You gonna make it! Don't lose hope!

lmao, poor soul

youre not supposed to run beginner linear progression programs (SS, 5x5 etc) for that long you spastics. youre supposed to do them for ~3 months then move on to periodised programs

you lifted for 5 fucking years not progressing and didnt even bother to look into whether youre doing something wrong???

the good news is youre wrong about your genetics and you can now start to progress 100x as fast as you have been. the bad news is you are probably mentally disabled...

Oh, we're all gonna make it
Yes, we're gonna make it
Oh, we're gonna make it evermore
We've got the right to choose it
There ain't no way we'll lose it
This is our life, this is our song
We'll fight the powers that be, just
Don't pick our destiny 'cause
You don't know us, you don't belong

fuck me man no shit you're not gonna add any weight. yes, the big compound movements are good for getting a good foundational level of strength, but after 3-6 months you gotta move on to a periodised program.
have you ever read a book on this shit or watched any sort of YT?

Yes

>SS claims another victim

i can only squat 50kg and dl 100k

Wasting your time in the gym is pretty common. I suggest you look up an actual weightlifting progression program and then stick to it + eat more. Same advice goes for any other retards "stuck" at a weight.

Follow the instructions exactly for what you should do when you reach a limit. It boils down to deloading and working your way back up to that weight over the course of a few weeks, while working on your form.

Oh and eating more of course. Which is something retards also commonly fail to do but will never admit it or fix it. If you actually want to push more weight after getting stuck you should be stuffing your fucking face.

bump

>been on SS for two years
Imagine being that retarded

Imagine if that was cum. I bet it would taste good haha
