I've been doing this for 3 days and it honestly feels pretty fucking bad. I'm probably eating less than 1000 calories a day. I'm 6'0 and weigh 85 kgs, when can I expect results?
When should I see results with intermittent fasting?

lmao @ at people that do these extreme shit meme diets when you can just eat normally and be in a small deficit and lose weight quite comfortably with little hassle
Dude I think you're supposed to eat at maintainance
What a disgusting skank.
yeah but it takes so long, and fasting is actually easier than dieting but you wouldn't know anything about that
You will lose muscle doing it this way.
You can still intermittent fast, just eat 500 below maintenance with high protein and heavy lifting.
It will come off in no time.
You feel like shit because you're only eating 1000 calories. You need to force feed til you get used to it. Get calorically dense foods. I ate four eggs with cheese (400 cal), 7 sausage links (400), 1 cup of cottage cheese (4% fat, 220), almonds/walnuts (390), a chicken breast sandwich (6 oz chicken, cheese, lettuce, bun, 360).
That's 1770 calories in a three hour block and I'm still losing weight everyday. I don't feel sluggish at all and don't get hungry. Drink your water.
Honestly it's like you've never heard of Dr. Paavo Airola. Being a chef doesn't mean you have a doctorate in knowing shit even if you work with "nutritionists". My dad works at Nintendo but I don't know fuck all about gaming I'm a mechanic you mong. How did our ancestors eat? Three meals a day as they hunted and gathered? Think critically you fucking retard. No scale so I can't post actual gains but two notches on my belt so far. OP is a faggot and doesn't realize you can't just start IF out of nowhere. Stop eating shitty processed foods that are empty calories you retard. If you're not strong enough to ignore hunger pains and only eat REAL food during a 4 hour window you're ngmi bud.
Fasting improves insulin response. Enjoy your type 2 diabetes.
I've been doing it 15 days and cant sleep at all on it for some reason
When is your feed?
I eat from 4pm to 8pm and sleep around 11pm
Hey, I take the chance since we are here.
Is it viable to do intermittent fasting every now and then? Maybe 3-4 days per week.
May as well eat normal 5 days and do 2 days of 500 cals if you can't commit.
Maybe start shifting it by 30 minute increments earlier and earlier, some don't like sleep with a full ass stomach.
impying people who doesn't fast has bad blood sugar, maybe if you only eat shit amerifag
Making your pancreas produce insulin five times a day is not a good thing.
Oh no not eating Jew certified breakfast cereals in the morning! How could someone do this EXTREME diet in the long term?
Don't forget your healthy glass of jewce, because stripping the fiber from fruit is healthy and delicious!
Your body needs to adapt to burning fat for energy. Give it a month for the adverse effects to go away.
>I'm probably eating less than 1000 calories a day
Eat more during your eating window becasue you're gonna lose your muscle if you keep this up
Lana a cutie
Are you trying to gain or lose weight you incompetent retard
It is viable but trust me when i say this.
Doing it your whole cut makes it incredibly easier.
The first 4 or 5 days are the toughest because you're used to having your meals at regular times so you got your stomach screaming for food. Once you power through however, your body accommodates and you don't get hungry until you're supposed to eat.
Doing it 3-4 days a week defeats the purpose slightly because you'll be out of the tough phase and you'll reset that by getting back to eating normally.
Stick to it and do it till the end of your cut, trust me you'll have a much easier time.
At least a week. You're probably gonna get real fucking hungry first, the way you're doing it.
There's other reasons to do IF. For example, I tried it for a month and realized I was doing about 700 call deficit without trying, so it's easier for me.
There's plenty of research showing as long as you consume adequate protein, you don't lose muscle in short term fasts.
What's your exercise level? When I do it I find myself walking less, sitting more, and if I'm not careful I won't be tired, just because my body still has energy.
It's viable to do it any way you want, just try it for two weeks, see how you feel and what results you get.
It's different for everyone. Some people prefer eating windows, some prefer whole days. There's no one size fits all.
Most people DO have shit blood sugar, as evidenced by top ten causes of death worldwide.
Why don't people understand that IF+deficit does NOT make you lose more fat than a regular calorie decifit.
It doesn't speed up metabolism or whatever bullshit, it just makes it more satisfying to condense your calorie intake in a shorter period of time so that you can eat bigger, more satisfying meals instead of eating broccoli and bland chicken twice a day
have fun with a 6 month long cut to lose 2%bf
