No point having a good body if your teeth are fucked, right?

Anyhow, I'm getting my 1st trays of invisalign put in tomorrow. I'm nervous that its going to hurt a lot, but I really want straight teeth, sick of having bushpig tiprat teeth.

Im 25 and have crowded teeth and chips probably from grinding. I was a dumbass kid and didnt wear my retainer after braces and havent been to the dentist since I was like 17. Good teeth is probably one of the best things you can do for your aesthetics that is attainable.
Anyone try smile direct club? ive heard mixed things but they are like 50% cheaper than an orthodontist plus you dont have to go in for check ups.

You want to go in for checkups, teeth movement needs to be monitored by a professional.

I had to get four of my teeth removed. It sucked hard at the time but honestly my life is definitely better for doing it.

I started invisaline at 26,im 28 and on just the retainers now, it's worth it, changed my facial structure a lot. I look at old pictures of me and I look low class as fuck.

Hey question, you know with the retainers, how they say you just wear them at night after awhile?

Is it possible to wear them during the day instead of at night for retention phase?

I work from home, I could wear the retainers all day, and take them off to sleep, instead of having them off during the day, and on at night..

Or do you NEED the retainers on at night for a specific reason

It's easier to do it at night, it doesn't hurt or anything, it can be annoying taking your retainers out/brushing your teeth everytime you eat or drink something

How the FUCK do you get your gums to stop recedding? Ive never had a cavity in my life but my gums have been retreating for the last year

I'll go further and say an orthodontist and not just any dentist should be directing it, or else you could shatter your teeth down the line

Why do most dentists offer it if they shouldnt be doing it?

Anyone got any tips for whitening teeth? Mine are stained from a bit of neglect and from lots of coffee.
Any tips on getting back into wearing my retainer? It’s too painful to keep in any longer than like 20 minutes currently.

Get professional whitening and then after that copy what they did.

Agree. My teeth are overcrowded and it's my biggest fucking issue.
I also had to remove 3 out of 4 wisdom teeth and it was literal hell, with blood, pain and plenty of yanking from the doc.

I got el cheapo version of invisalign for about 3000 euros. In about a year mt theeth are perfect now
