Look... I really feel the need to tell you guys something that should be common sense. Because gullible little squirts think lifting weights will fix all of their problems.. It won't. It won't grow up for you. It won't study for you. It won't suck you off in the lonely hours of the cold night. It won't make the big leaps in your life, lad.
Only you can make all that happen.
Working out and eating all the food you can barely stomach is a privilege; it can be taken away at a moment's notice. Many of you just recently had this fact shoved in your face. It would be a good thing to remain cognizant the conditional nature of "getting in shape." It would also be wise to develop a plan for fitness that does not involve equipment.
If you're lifting purely for female validation, you will not make it. If you're lifting and you do not enjoy lifting, you will not make it. If you do not enjoy making your own meals, you will not make it. If you do not have a sense and knowledge for your body, it's imperfections, your stamina, muscle building capacity, you will not make it. If you do not stay flexible, you will not make it. If you do not do your accessory exercises, you will not make it. If you do not control what you eat, you will not make it. If you do not optimize your programming and diet according to your own body type, you will not make it. And lastly,
TAKE ONE DAY AT A TIME. BODYBUILDING IS ONLY ONE AVENUE OF PERSONAL GROWTH.
>Because gullible little squirts think lifting weights will fix all of their problems 1 hour 3 days a week of a pleasurable activity won't fix all my problems? SERIOUSLY? HOW DID NO ONE TELL ME THIS BEFORE?! Damn, thank God all the other 15 hours of my day weren't wasted with lifting weights

You sound like a guy that's been lifting for a year or two and thinks he's the authority now.
Dominic Turner
So, tell me how to get a woman like this

I've been through some shit, but I am not an authority. I lift weights regularly.
Mason James
>I lift weights regularly. I'm sure you do, but you have the whiff of young fag. When you've really been beaten down for 15+ years of struggling your posting style will change, as well as the idea of what making it really entails.
Camden Barnes
15 years of struggle doesn't sound like making it, boomer. You are among the many that confuse kindness for inexperience.
Christopher Gutierrez
Anyone who is considering reading this post, bear in mind that it's horseshit and that only you, dear user, can decide these things for yourself. If every day you are consciously choosing to do the things that bring your life meaning, then you are on the right path to living a fulfilling life which, down the line, will yield joy.
Godspeed anons, and we're all going to make it (except OP).
Listen OP, while everything you say is true, everyone on Yas Forums already knows this. The thing is that no one actually here wants to make it, and bitch about their problems instead. That or it's just the Yas Forumscels, the "people" that you see on every board And don't forget this is Yas Forums 2
>being earnest makes you onions >Guess this post isn't for you. >15 years of struggle doesn't sound like making it, boomer. You are among the many that confuse kindness for inexperience.

It won't grow up for you. It won't study for you. It won't suck you off in the lonely hours of the cold night. It won't make the big leaps in your life, lad. But it will help - if lifting is the first step you're taking, you're on the way to making it. I believe in you.
Only you can make all that happen.
If you're lifting, you will make it. If you're lifting and you do not enjoy lifting, but you're pushing through and trying to enjoy it, you will make it. If you do not enjoy making your own meals, that's fine, you can learn. Cooking can seem daunting, but it's actually quite easy. If you do not have a sense and knowledge for your body, it's imperfections, your stamina, muscle building capacity, you should make an effort to learn, but it will come naturally with time. If you do not stay flexible, you are at risk of injury. Yoga is great for burning fat. If you do not do your accessory exercises, you are also at risk of injury - there are a lot of workout out there for people who don't know what they're doing. If you do not control what you eat, you will have a much tougher time, so try substituting healthy foods and water into your diet instead of treats and soda. If you do not optimize your programming and diet according to your own body type, you will not make it as a professional lifter, but that's fine for the average joe trying to get in shape. And lastly,
TAKE ONE DAY AT A TIME. BODYBUILDING IS ONLY ONE AVENUE OF PERSONAL GROWTH, SO YOU CAN SUCCEED A MULTITUDE OF OTHER WAYS BUT MAKE SURE TO STAY HEALTHY
dont be a fucking edgelord OP, the gym isn't a judgement zone. We are all gonna make it bros
>If you do not stay flexible, you will not make it. why
Joseph Gutierrez
Poor form in exercises, it can be so bad that it may be the cause of a plateau (talking from experience). And I don't think anyone likes to see someone moving like an actual robot
Robert Kelly
>Shit, forgot pic Well you didn’t, I guess soiboys know their place
post body! if youre arent a coward calling people names on the internet while hiding behind your screen like a pathetic beta loser prove me wrong or else you are

>assess what you have to offer, since relationships are give and take >know that rejection is as constant as the conservation of energy >know how to deal with rejection if it were to happen >don't fixate on the possibility of rejection >know how to talk through problems with your partners since everyone's got a fucked up history >just because you couldn't hit 1pl8 bench the moment you stepped into the gym, didn't mean you never could. Also learn to listen during this shit. If you have something relating to what was said during convo, bring it up calmly WITHOUT the full fucking menu at Olive Garden spilling out of your pockets
This board was better when wojak posters like you were still in grade school.
Mason Thompson
This is a good response. You've covered basically everything. It's really strange how many people don't understand that relationships aren't just something you can effortlessly fall into through luck and expect success from.
