EXPERIMENT FACTORS
I expose my balls to UV light for 18 minutes a day 3 times a week, and my chest for 15 minutes 2 times. I'm trying to verify the results of the study "INFLUENCE OF ULTRAVIOLET IRRADIATION UPON EXCRETION OF SEX HORMONES IN THE MALE" performed my Abraham meyerson and Rudolph neustadt about 80 years ago,

which reported that regular exposure of the testes to UV light doubled salivary testosterone over a week, with gains kept with continuing treatment.
MODE OF MEASUREMENT
I'm not going near a hospital until this shit blows over, and my gym at college is closed for the foreseeable future. Therefore, I can't take my starting end ending levels of free test, and the workouts I can do are limited to the equipment I have at home, which is:
>One set of 30 pound dumbbells
>One set of 60 pound dumbbells
>A 3 position adjustable bench.
I'm measuring progress by my gains in 6 exercises involving this equipment, which are:
HEAVY (60 pounds)
>ATF Jump squats with heavy dumbbells held at sides, 18 reps per set, 4 sets (changed from 10 reps 10 sets, that was fucking up my knees)
>Bench press with heavy dumbbells, 12 reps , 4 sets
>Shrugs, 30 reps set, 3 sets
LIGHT (30 pounds)
>45 degree incline Skull crushers, 18 reps, 5 sets
>Overhead press, 10 reps, 8 sets,
>Curls, 15 reps, 3 sets
I won't be able to increase the weight of exercises due to quarantine, so I'm measuring max reps per set over time. At my end of week strength test (Sundays) I scored

OBSERVATIONS
Beard hair has continued to grow. Prior to this, the only facial hair I could grow was a mustache and sideburns. It could be just because of age, as I'm young enough that facial hair could start growing on its own, but it's odd that one came after the other. My beard hair is about comparable to a 14 year old Arab boy's, it's not much. I've noticed a very sparse (barely visible) amount of chest hair as well. I've always had gynecoid pattern body hair, so this is weird. Never had any problem with making gains though. The random boners I get are harder and more persistent than they were when I first started, although I'm noticing a better control of nofap (this is my 8th month.) Usually, I'd look at porn without cooming, just edge, which I'd gotten good enough at that I could control if precoom or coom came out, I would sometimes let out precoom to keep my prostate from backup. I find it easier to control the urge to watch porn regardless of edging. I've noticed a reduction of my flight response, normally I can't stand hornets because I tripped into a nest of them when I was young. One flew in the other day and I just layed in bed without moving (there's a window in my room) and eventually it left. I'm noticing a bit more energy than usual, don't really have much to do because I'm stuck inside.

4 days a week, 2 heavy 1 light 1 where I maxx out 1 set of every exercise. Rest days every other day, Monday and Sunday back to back

Nofap has no benefits beyond the first week, where test spikes on the last day. The way to practically use it would be to beat off every week with a heavy day before. I do it to test my willpower, and because sexual pleasure a degenerate feeling when not from monogamous sex

It's well worth it, the second and third games are stellar. Especially the second AKA Earthbound. Really fun combat, great characters, story is both hilarious and emotionally engaging, and of course the music is top 5 on the SNES (a tall order).
