any negative effects of doing this long term? I just can't maintain my ideal bodyfat/weight bros, so instead I'm trapped in an endless binge and starve cycle that's being going on for years now
I'm hungry at maintenance even if I eat loads of fibre
Chase Flores
He got the rona huh. Turned half bat.
Ryan Williams
Well brah, sounds like your body wants to be 10kg heavier, maybe you can still be happy at that weight
Ryan Wilson
yeah you're right, it's just that my fat distribution is utter shit no matter how healthy I eat (zero added sugar or alcohol for years now) and my set point is pretty chubby.
It's a crazy liberal advert on swedish national TV where men get cursed by turning into a plants if they're sexist or racist
Thomas Howard
Real story: dude was killed by gangs in Brazil, buried him in a bog. Aggressive form of mold started to attach itself and digest the bottom half of him before he was found.
Yeah that's great, but have you tried gaining muscle instead of fat?
Brayden Watson
this
Ayden Walker
Oh yeah I'm always lifting, so my muscle mass is constantly going up as well
it's more like >gain 10kg of fat 1kg of muscle >lose 10kg >gain 10g of fat 1kg of muscle >lose 10kg
James Morales
You need to go beyond added sugar. Dried fruit often doesn't have any added sugar - but it's just 30-50% pure sugar. Tons of foods get around the added sugar by using things like juice concentrate or dried fruit etc.
You might need to cut carbs more. Great job on no alcohol though.
Thomas Russell
>no sugar, no alcohol excellent work. Over long enough maintenance, you can change your set point and doing the yo-yo's just fucks your ability to lose weight in the future. Maybe you should try IF/keto.
Blake Jones
bullshit story he looks very alive
Cameron Harris
It's from a Danish show on Netflix, learn to fucking google.
Dylan Jackson
imagine being so detached from reality and devoid of real life experiences you think this is a good story
Benjamin Thomas
He skipped leg day.
Alexander Harris

Lucas Flores
>devoid of real life experiences It would hardly be the craziest thing
