Steak rare

36 scrambled eggs (no butter as you don’t want to overdo it with the fat)

Just eat a balanced diet of meat, dairy, eggs and plenty of veggies. Throw in some grains to stodge it out a little. Don't snack or eat crap. It's not complicated. Getting all autistic about macros and calories isn't healthy.

1 avocado a day + 300 grams of dark green veggies a day
Protein, grassfed meat, farm eggs and salmon
Fat, animal fat, olive oil, coconut or avocado

No sugar obs

Meat
eggs
fish
raw dairy

some combination of the above would be healthiest as these are the most nutrient dense foods. You could quite easily do OMAD with these foods and not go hungry.

You just want a list of the healthiest foods you can eat separated into rough meal categories?

Lol, unironically yes.

Look at the diets of the healthiest and longest-living populations on earth. They eat carbs. It's not my opinion, it's just the truth.

Body

Post body and prove you arent prediabetic right now

Yeah and look at the rate of diabetes in Japan LMAO cope you fucking retard carbs are poison

Complex carbs don’t cause diabetes user.

Through blood work.

Funnily enough the carnivore prince Shawn Baker’s blood work said he is prediabetic. Must be all the fat he consumes.

One meal a day which includes the following:

Eggs, avocado, kale, chicken liver, yogurt, fish, coconut oil, olive oil

>italian
You probably havr covid19. Disregarded. You wouldnt have gotten it if you didnt eat gabrage like pasta retard.

Disregarded

Prove it

Do you have any proof that carbs do cause diabetes?

stop taking the bait

Nope. You have the burden of proof. Moderate amounts of complex carbs do not cause diabetes unless you can prove it. That's how logic works. You prove the positive claim. Other people don't have to disprove your garbage.

GI is pseudoscience mom bullshit. The fact you believe this tells me everything i need to know about your opinion, grainbrain.

Retard. Post your blood work right now

95% vegetables greens especially.

protein: fatty meat and dairy, whole eggs
carbs: starchy vegetables, occasional sweet fruit
fat: fatty fruits, low-PUFA nuts

Prove your bullshit claim right now.

> GI index is pseudoscience
Source pls

I just spent an hour making this. There's actually a negative association between carb intake and diabetes internationally. BTW Japan is 137th for Diabetes and US is like 34th.
