I'm fucking tired of my chubby man baby body, and because I've been relatively inactive most of my young life I've just been sitting around watching YouTube for several years, it's starting to take a toll on my posture too and since I'm an adult now I can't afford to procrastinate on myself, I really want to put the work in, and I'm hoping by recording my progress here It will give me more motivation.
Also any tips on dieting for a really low budget?
Eat less, count calories.
Eat less than 1800 cal a day and you should be good. And make sure those are good calories, not shitty ones.

Walk 6miles per day at a good tempo
And if you have access to some basic gym equipment, start lifting

If you're poor you already can't afford as much food, so you'll eat less calories by default unless you're retarded. What's the issue?

Ik it's disgusting, I've just been lazy and undisciplined since birth and I eat like a pig, and jerk off everyday for years, never did athletic shit and I was left behind in physical strength and then socially left behind and when that happens you become a depressed slob, then you turn 18 and go, "alright this can't go on like this anymore I have to change right fucking now or I may never".
Buy a scale on amazon and the weigh the damn shit. Look at the back of the package and read the nutrition info put it on a scale. Pretty soon you put lets 8oz chicken breast on there you'll be able to highball/feel how much 8oz chicken breast.
