I need advice on how to maximize how attractive I am, and increase my testosterone levels, to be more masculine. I'm not fat, but not fit, and wouldn't consider myself very "alpha". I'm also socialy inept, which doesn't help matters.

I should add that I can't go to a gym, and only have 2 barbells downstairs, and a thing for pull ups, but nothing to lay on while lifting.
dude just workout more and it will come to you, idk if you have proper equipments because we're quarantined. But you should literally try to do 100 squats, pushups and sit-ups as well as 1000 jump ropes per day. Maybe try working into it, but after a week you should be doing that every day.
Make sure to work on posture as well, make an active effort to focus on how you sit and stand

Calisthenics are fine as long as you progressive overload with weighted belts and what not. Ideally I'd do some beginner routine and stick to it for a year then go from there. If you are going to do starting strength, throw in some accessory work for the end of the routine.

I'm 20 and changing to this routine is unbelievable. You wont believe how the modern man is separated from his past ancestors and how they became such high test warriors. I Never get sick, increased test, body can better survive and sustain under tension for periods of time. I have no more gas or bloat, no more tiredness or fatigue. Energy full on and I can wake up without feeling like shit. Sleep like a baby and more self aware of things around me. Night vision has improved greatly. Gain easier time in reading and getting knowledge. Oh also, do ppl 6 times a week when gyms open. Fuck cutting and bulking +500, lean bulk 200-300 calories VERY SLOWY. Natty body is shit but dont do roids, you wanna have kids with your blood to spread your name and family. Focus on gaining $$$ and for more information, read DEEP NUTRITION. You have an advantage at 5'7. You don't need to gain as much weight to look beefy. Do calisthenics and train hard, shoot for impressive goals, as in being able to perform many reps and do harder movements. The better you perform, the better you will look and feel. Stop caring about insecurity as it will only hold you back.

Morning either fast or have a health shake: kieffer, whole grass fed milk, yogurt grass fed, organic PB, spoon of bone broth, 2 raw eggs, frozen mixed berries, good sourced natural portion powder. Usually comes to under 1000 calories. Lunch and dinner is usually sirloin steak, butter, european cheece, milk, red onions. Oftenlly I make persian or asian dishes. Fish 1-2 a week. Eats lots of protein and meat, I try to limit chicken due to omega 6. I eat liver 1 a week and make nutrients rich soup. If u eat lots of soft foods, chew mastic gum to prevent jaw dropping and facial changes. Think food as nutrition that provides ur body with superpowers. Your body will reward u with good feelings, no depression and clear thinking. You feel like a real man, not a reddit soi boi consumerism faggot. I only wish I started this shit when i was younger instead of 18.

To add onto my list OP: wear a hat that covers all sides of ur head like those ranger hats. Sun ages ur skin and makes u older. However, in summer, go shirtless and show as much body skin to the sun as possible. Also, sleep ONLY 9 hours or 8H 40min, never more or less. Grow your LATS huge Cuz a good wide back will help u later in life and provide good support ( YOU DO NOT WANT BACK PAIN). Sleep on back too for facial support and to give good posture. Stand up for yourself, dont be thirsty for women and jack off 1 a week if single. This should all increase ur test and make u feel like a man

Just focus on yourself bro. And what it means is that stop caring if other people finds you attractive or not, hell stop caring if other people even notice you. Just focus on taking care of yourself.
And taking care of yourself has a huge impact. You bathe better, you try your best to be neat, clean and not smelly, you choose what you eat, you choose what you do on your spare time, and the list goes on.
Slowly, you’ll become a man of culture. And since you don’t care what others think, you’ll be more confident. No, you will not “act” confident, it flows out to you naturally as you take care of yourself.
..then thats the time people will start to notice you. Ugly or not, it doesn’t matter, you’re not a blur in the background anymore. Your distinct personality will be memorable, you’ll be the guy that “doesn’t let himself go”
