been fasting for 48 hours between meals, would you still call that intermittent fasting? I’ve lost 25 pounds over 2 months but it’s exhausting hearing my friends “explain” to me how unhealthy it is

That’s exactly would I did for 3 months while living in Chicago. I also walked everywhere because it was the city so I was always on my feet but I lost so much fucking weight so quickly and kept it off. My friends went from telling me I’m going to die to asking me how they start. feelsgoodman

Yeah, you can even get some light heart fluttering during a fast. When that happens you’re body is switching energy resources and you might feel like shit for an hour or two. Just try and relax and let it happen.

Do you take snake juice or just water fast? Im doing 24 water fasts with OMAD in between for a month/ month and a half to see how it goes.

No. In my country stuff that has under 10 calories has to be listed as 10 calories. Green Tea or Black coffee will not break your fast.

Same thing for me, probably closer to 0.5-0.8kg though depending on how much I exercise.

Yeah, although I don't go ham on the salt concentrations, I use about .75 of a teaspoon for every salt.

For anything under a 48 fast you don’t need snake juice, you’re still eating regularly. Just make sure it’s nutritious, like meat and whatever veggies you like
No it won’t but I make it a point to only use water for OMAD or Snake Juice for extended fasts.

Download Zero and read the article on what does and does not break fasts. If you read anything on Yas Forums that you are not sure of, dyor. Anything else is a recipe to getting memed on.

don’t do it after a meal, your body is using energy to digest. If you do liss cardio while fasted it “teaches” your body to get energy from your fat when you work out
