Didn't say pizza was bad, I said tomatoes cause inflammation. I eat an anti-inflammatory diet as I have asthma and eczema and want to control it without relying too heavily on drugs.

I was making them homemade until I realized how many calories are in the crust. I would eat 3/4 of a basil pizza to myself and it was easily 1500 calories. I just can’t put that in my diet without gaining a shit ton of weight. It wasn’t even filling, just tasted good

refined flour is pretty unhealthy, replace it with cauliflower or other type of vegetable crust and it's fine, also the tomato sauce used is high in sugar too most of the time so again, buy home made don't buy processed or fast food piizza
