WHY WONT MY MUSCLES GROW?!

WHY WONT MY MUSCLES GROW?!
I’ve been lifting for months (home gym for most of it), but I’m not seeing any progress at all. Despite eating everything I can find and lifting daily

I forgot to mention, I am a girl (male) BTW. Not sure if that makes a difference?

This commenter here, I'm a trans btw

PLEASE POST FEET. I NEED TO SEE TOES. QUARANTINE HAS PREVENTED ME FROM TAKING SCREENSHOTS AT THE POOL AND I'VE FALLEN INTO DEPRESSION.

FUCK OFF! I’m not a tranny, I’m a genetically frustrated man (Male), trying to get big arms and shoulders

>Despite eating everything I can find
There's your issue. Eat a clean and healthy diet with the only treats being apples and watermelons.

But I thought you were supposed to eat big/dirty bulk?

There must be something wrong with what you're doing mate, I built muscle with just calisthenics

Post before and after. so we can see if you have made no progress

OP here. while I'm biologically male I socially identify as a female, just to clarify my previous post

thats a meme

Eat more, lift heavier, have more testosterone, stop being a faggot, etc

post your routine
post a sample food log

not even trying to be mean, some people are just genetic failures. you and me included
you should get your test levels checked (though this may prove nigh impossible with the holocough hoax shitting everything up). if they’re low (they probably are), hop on juice. eroids are really really fun and make lifting worthwhile for what it’s worth, though you won’t get hyooge and freaky obviously
pay no mind to LARPing faggots pretending to be piana-esque 30 year old boomers with 7 figure bank accounts telling you to try harder, nobody here actually looks good or has sex despite common rumors

Getting big is not simple. Many things can go wrong.
Post your height, weight, sleeping habits, and give us a more specific idea of what you eat everyday and how often.
What do you even lift everyday? You don't want to overtrain either.
Any medical conditions?

*steroids not eroids

Where to download e-roids?

hormones are more important than calories, treat your body well. they are only second to genetics.

are you increasing the weight weekly?

trash. if you've been training for months, why didn't you buy barbell, plates and squat rack

why the fuck are you not doing triceps and chest on the same day

>split squats 5x12 10 kg
>goblet squats 5x12 10 kg

is this a fucking joke? no way your legs are gonna grow with such tiny weight

why are you not doing shoulder presses?

are your dips weighted? please tell me they're weighted, otherwise it's glorified cardio

why aren't you doing some type of vertical pull, surely you could've afforded a pullup bar? what the actual fuck are woodchops?

i would hope you have at the very least been tracking your diet?

>Single Rows 12kg
Are you joking? I pull more weight doing inverted rows

Yeah more or less, I increase it by 1-2kg every time I complete something with not failure or exhaustion
The reason the weight is so low is because I wasn’t prepared for a lockdown and just had this dumbbell lying around from my earlier days

>you and me included

post routine faggot, and I bet you're not eating either. OP just posted his and it's literally trash

If you increase weight, then you also increase strength, you just can't tell because changes happen at a very slow pace. This is rue for anyone, losing or gaining it's almost impossible to notice without having some before/after pics or measuring your weight over a certain period.

My training prior to 2 weeks ago consisted of circuiting whatever machine was relevant to me that day plus the occasional bench press
>no way you legs are gonna grow with such tiny weight
What happened to low weight high reps and progressive overload?
>why are you not doing shoulder presses?
Because i forgot they existed
>are your dips weighted?
No, lol
>a pullup bar?
No, I couldn’t and still can’t afford one for a month
>diet
I stopped tracking my diet because
A) my mom cooks food for me and I’m not asking her to record every detail of her process
B) I like to live slightly carefree

>measuring your weight over a certain period
Over the last 2.5 weeks my weight has remained at 75kg

If you really were in a caloric surplus you should have at least +1 kg in that timeframe.

Your whole routine is accessory lifts. Those don't do anything for beginners. In fact they wouldn't even do anything for advanced lifters if they didn't have mains and secondaries before them.

forgot to add, nonetheless, if the weight you could lift 2.5 weeks ago is smaller than you can lift more, nonetheless, you probably have a bit more muscle and a bit less fa

>What happened to low weight high reps
Jane Fonda called.

Ah shit I forgot the tricep extensions (5x12 10kg)

Fuck. Ok, so my routine is shit and worthless, noted. What can I do instead to actually grow with a 30lbs dumbbell?!

Once my coronacheck comes, I’ll buy a pull-up bar and a few more weights

>circulating whatever machine

Rookie mistake, I did something similar. Decent hypertrophy for 3 months but shit gains. Only machines you should even approach are cables, leg curls/extensions and machine the chest fly

>progressive overload

Nigga, an untrained man can squat 50 kg for reps. you’re doing split squats with a mere 10 kg, that’s baby weight
