Which ab workouts actually work?
Which ab workouts actually work?
Watching this movie to boost test works
in my experience, high rep crunches (FEELING IT) and contracting your core while doing pull ups.
do crunches work well or are the ymore of a meme?
fork putdowns
To clarify, I tried weighted crunches and they destroyed my spine. I don't have a high enough place to hang from to do leg raises. I also don't have a cable machine. The best I've managed to do was improvise some high rep bodyweight ab circuits, but I'm not buying that I'll be able to make as much progress on my abs with no weight as I do on my other muscles with heavy weights.
>fork putdowns
tell me, why the fuck would you want to do a crunch? it serves no purpose practicing that movement, it doesn't translate to anything.
have you ever seen anyone running like a worm? no, because you don't clench your abs in pretty much no movement
it may be great for hypertrophy, but nothing else. you'll get a decent six pack from real lifting and shiet. it's all about diet
sit-ups and leg raises, if you're using your abs rather than your hip flexors
I like doing sit-ups and Russian twist with a 35lbs plate then doing leg raises, since I dont have anywhere to hang from I just lay on the ground
Don’t bother, abs are made in the kitchen.
Did you try doing weighted crunches on a soft surface? My spine doesn't hurt at all if I'm on a thick rug or mat.
I've been supersetting weighted crunches and planks. Haven't been doing it long enough to say how effective it is but my abs have gotten bigger for sure.
Leg raises
Post body
is that fat mike?
>abs are made in the kitchen
thanks pintrest!
For the millionth time, ab wheel is all you need if you properly work out
Throw in ring L sits and raises if you want to go overboard
This
Ab ripper X
Abs on 8 weeks on Keto + IF 600kcal deficit
you don't even have abs why are you recommending an ab workout faggot
you're sucking in to making it look like you have a 4 pack. everything under your 2 pack is fat.
Abs don't exist
joke recycles
hanging leg raises or that captains chair thing for lower abs decline crunches with arms straight up for upper
Quick question, OP. By "work" did you mean "improve core strength" or "look more appealing to gay men"?
eat less
is that rob Kearney?
Abs are made in the gym
Abs are made VISIBLE in the kitchen
Just do your big compounds and cardio, that's enough to train and build up your abs. I'd also do some hanging leg raises too but they aren't essential. The rest of the work is all just fork putdowns, you need to be at a low bodyfat percentage
Also dont expect to get abs while still been a fat fuck like OP pic. Those aren't his real abs, he got those fake six pack implants + liposuction around that area
crucnhes
This is the only right answer lol
>training your abs
>not just getting the surgery
hahaha, here, have some Reddit gold
EDIT: fixed the R on Reddit :)
