Breath in deeply through the nose, use your abdominal muscles to force the air deep in to the lungs. Exhale forcefully but restrict the airflow by constricing the mouth making the exhalations longer. Look into yoga breathing techniques. Try keeping a steady rhytmn will reduce stitches.

My nose whistles like crazy, I think I fundamentally fucked up my "natural breathing", I probably mouse breath 90% of my day.

land on the balls of your foot or toes, not heel. I find that when I get a stitch, flexing my abs helps.

Breathe in, fart out. The extra push helps a lot.

When I'm running, I try to breathe in for 3 steps, then out for 2. If I'm pushing, I'll switch to 2:2, or even 1:1, but 3:2 is most comfortable for me at a normal pace. For stitches, what I was told was to breathe out heavily on the foots downfall of that side. So, if the stitch is on your right side, breathe out harder than normal when your right foot hits the ground. idk if this actually does much, but it's what I've always done

i got a nose problem (i think) can't get much air in through nose breathing so ive been mouth breathing basically my whole life as far as i remember and i get weird shit like a runny nose when I eat food or drink hot drinks. even yawning makes my nose run there's definitely something wrong with me. any ideas?

I only breathe through my nose, three steps breathing in, four steps breathing out. If I can't get enough air I take it as a sign that I'm going too fast. Had snot running out my nose for the first week of doing this (because I was used to breathing out through my mouth) but everything was fine after that
