being bland is the best part. i dont even realize im eating half the time since i just taste the water. no salt no pepper no spices. 400c 29g protein and a crap load of every nutrient each serving though. i add in walnuts and spinach/spanakopita to some meals for efas and vitamin a and c

I uaed to call them omelettes but /ck/ imformed me they are fritattas.

Protein brownies
>3scoops of chocolate whey
>2 bananas
>2 eggs
>couple tablespoons of cocoa powder if you like more chocolate
>1 teaspoon of baking powder
>little bit of almond milk for consistency
>blend all these up
>pour into pan, bake at 350 until you can stab the middle with a fork and it comes out clean
Whole thing is around 600 calories. You can also use the same recipe for protein pancakes on the stove.

i eat food to min max my stats, seasoning doesnt add anything so i dont bother with it

>deenz in olive oil
>shrooms
>onion
>garlic
>bell pepper
Buffalo chicken dip
>2 cans of chicken breast, drained
>cup of 0% fat Greek yogurt
>couple tablespoons of fat free ranch
>hot sauce or buffalo sauce
>mix everything to desired consistency, taste, add more hot sauce, etc
This goes great with lettuce, or my new favorite, on top of butternut squash
