with 45kg? each hand?? the fuck are you talking about?

Not much you can do with that, other than rows. Why did you buy them so heavy

Fuck.

Maybe close grip floor press

One hand under each end of the bar. Easy done.

shrugs, farmers walk. rows, lunges, squats

Goblet squat it lol.

Do a duke nukem larp

I'm a britbong, only website I found was fitness superstore uk. Got them for £200 so I'm pretty happy. Couldn't find anything lighter.

Permanent floor decoration

waiter curls

>rows
>db bench
>db ohp
>tricep extensions
>goblet squats
>lunges
wtf are you talking about only rows...

so so far I've come up with the following:

- dumbells chest flat press
- dumbell pullover
- standing single arm shoulder press (this will be tough)
- shrugs
- dumbell rows
- goblet squats
- cheated hammer curls
- dumbell deadlifts
-weighted pushups (backpack + 45 kg)

Any other ideas bros??

Knob in minge chap, you've made it

Whats the thought process of getting non adjustable dumbells

Literally nothing else was available here in the UK, I've seen adjustable dumbells for like 4x the price I paid for these. Plus the ones I saw only went up to like 30kg and I wanna keep my chest

The only thing I haven't been able to mimic with dumbbells is bench press as I don't have a bench, and lying on the floor doesn't give you the full range of motion. Are press ups good enough? Since I weigh 90kg every press up is like benching 90kg so that's pretty decent.

No,with both in one hand

Adjustable dumbbells can’t be dropped

Well after reading this comment I dropped them from my Amazon wishlist. Which means they can be dropped, so I'm putting them back on.

thats not how it works. push ups at 90kg are equivalent to a 50kg bench at most. youd be better off doing db floor press. put a pillow under your back if you want the extra rom. use push ups as a secondary press

I have adjustable dbs. anything over 50kg per hand is sketchy, so I got my dad and sister to help carry them off me when I finish a set lmao

Try skull crushers.

Try shut uppers.

lol

>Got them for £200 so I'm pretty happy
wow, for just those two

Yeah it's the pound for pound collection
