You have 5 seconds to explain why you aren't a "Master" at lifting aka in the top .1% of humans i.e. 2/3/4/5 minimum and if you aren't a "master" lifter then what are you a "Master" of (besides bating)?

You ARE actually good at something, right?

>towel rack comes up to shoulder
yeah, you're like 5'7 max and half rep your 3 plate squat and leg drive your 1 plate OHP. your hair is also a dead giveaway that you're a faggot

Because I have a handsome face and a meaningful job

2/3/4/5 isnt a universal standard, it can be really good if you're, say, 6ft 180, but if youre 6ft 250 its shit.

imagine being content with being average lmao pathetic

I entered a gym for the first time in my life 2 years ago

>why aren't 100% of you in the top 0.1%
Based self-educated user dabbing on mathcucks

I’m on my way

>he fell for the improover meme

>He can only lift 2/3/4/5
Haha pathetic

2/3/4/5 is not top .1% of humans, I'm willing to bet 10% can do it

>I hit 1/2/3/4.

I think you forgot to do it for reps

700 million people can 2/3/4/5

Dude most people can do 2/3/4/5 for 5 their first day in the gym.

How many people have you seen shoulder press 100kg?

Hypertrophy is more important to me

Why do you faggots always use the standard of an average human. Who the fuck cares what the average human does? Most of the world doesn’t even go the gym so why would you compare yourself to them or even think about them in the context of lifting. To narrow it down even more most gym goers don’t train hard enough, eat enough or even have good form. Why would you compare yourself to them?

>2/3/4/5 is a lot
It’s really not in the world of lifting where people do what they’re supposed to do. OHP is the only one I’m missing and I would not consider myself that strong.

Good bait, but nobody's falling for this stuff anymore.

Because doing so requires too much effort for my average genetics, effort and time that I'd rather spend on things that make me happy.

As you soon as you start lifting, you can't compare yourself to just the whole human population. As soon as you start seriously lifting, you can't compare yourself to the whole gym-going population. As soon as you start competing, you can only compare yourself to your competition. That's why competition is best.

>buh buh buh i don't powerlift
Start trying to be the buffest guy at the gym, and then get a new gym that's even more serious. Find a way to compete against real people, not shit online

im good at banging your mom cuz

I only just bought a barbell and started lifting. I don't own any weights yet. Doing 10 curls with the bar is starting to feel effortless.

I'm a master of posting on Yas Forums, I've been doing it since I was 11. I also have perfect taste in anime.
