Cheap calories. High in fat. Tastes good. Make sure you are getting enough protein. PB do not have very much protein for the amount of calories you intake.

PB is a supplementary bulking diet food, not a primary one.
I bulked almost entirely from PB sandwiches and home made smoothies every day on top of like 4 real meals

My post wasn’t referring to the protein price you fucking retard. It’s the protein WITH the calories because that’s what you NEED when bulking not fucking protein. You should already be getting all the protein you need. That scoop of whey cost significantly more than a serving of peanut butter. I'm trying to be cool with eating but I'm weak willed so every attempt at cutting back causes me to go overboard. Hadn't eaten most of the day in anticipation of the pound of steak I bought, I polished off the steak and was still starving from holding back earlier so I ate half a tub of moose tracks ice cream, a few servings of reese puffs, a protein bar and some potatos. Worst part is I was still fucking hungry afterwards.

I do the same thing, when I try to fast I binge eat in ridiculous ways, like eating a whole bag of semisweet chocolate chips or a bag of dry cereal and shit like that. I find it way easier to just eat a good breakfast in the morning (~800 calories) and eat a smaller lunch and dinner.

Whats the point in this shit when you can just use protein powder imstead?

I'm not big on peanut butter plain but I love peanut butter flavored shit. Just tried those Think Protein Bars in peanut butter flavor today and really dug it. Apparently they use a lot of sugar alcohol but I'm still debating putting it in to my rotation since I enjoyed the taste so much
