I will attend university this fall and i'm wondering which career is most based by /fit standards.
Im looking for a field with a stable future, good financial possibilities and mental stimulation. Most importantly though, a career where I can be fit and thrive in my fitness.
The only clear path I want to pursue is medicine and becoming a physician, but this might be the least /fit of all because of the stress and huge workload.
>thread gets shitted with people posting their current jobs instead of Yas Forums ones

Biologist is a sexy as fuck occupation, it is genuinely interesting work which people are actually interested in hearing about compared to some lame ass compsci bullshit, and there are tons of qt's who like nature who also study it. Job security is kinda iffy tho, getting your first job can be challenging. If you like nature and the outdoors more than annoying humans it is something worth looking into.

>Biology Your career choices are either lab tech or welfare recipient. The only positions with decent potential are university positions, which are all taken and nobody will be retiring anymore.
Hudson Miller
Biology seems interesting, I like the subject and oftentimes "think" like a biologist but I don't really see the job market and earnings potential to be quite where I want it.

You just answered your own question in the OP, OP. As said, people are just gonna say their career. If you think about most Yas Forums careers like firefighting, park ranger or something like that, personal trainer, etc you don’t make a ton of money when compared to being a physician. But being a physique model or fitness model probably would be good for money and also being able to stay fit but again, it’s not guaranteed you’ll succeed and make stable income. Just gotta find a balance cunt
I know for a fact that I wouldn't succeed being a fitness model, that isnt even my goal. I want to pursue muay thai/mma and lifting. I also want a mentally stimulating career with status and earning potential.
I am undecided between engineering and medicine. I feel like medicine is more safe but engineering has the highest potential.
Brody Baker
Pretty easily I think it's engineering. Stability, money, and mental stimulation are all there.
Hard science majors e.g. biology, chemistry, physics, etc. require a PhD to really enter the field. If that's what you're into, go for it, but otherwise don't spend too much time with those.
A double major with stats, math, or economics will make you much more marketable. Econ is good if you want to get into business end of things. Double major with a language is also interesting.
Finance or BBA is also Yas Forums but you probably won't have time to be Yas Forums.

How stable is engineering?
I feel like completing med school is like a guaranteed job with decent pay afterwards.
How secure is engineering?

> spend best years of your life competing for class rank wit pajeets and Chang’s > M3 takes years off your lifespan > slave away in any respectable residency > graduate with hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt > get told by nurses that you’re not important and they could do your job > shit on by hospital admins who want to increase their own pay > get to say you’re a doctor
Luis Miller
Unironically look into military officer. They usually lead our PT and get paid pretty well. >inb4 "slave to the jews"
Checked. The only thing I had going for me as an O1 was being able to out bench press all of my guys. That carried me a long way.
Christopher Lopez
all americans are jew slaves so joining the military doesn't make much of a difference
Daniel Hernandez
War journalist

You don't go bio unless you're planning on becoming highly specialized. You just can't expect to get a job with a bachelor's in botany/zoology/micro/ or general biology. I specialized in genetics and now I get paid to breed cannabis, basically smoking weed and fucking plants with a paintbrush
Adrian Sullivan
Debts can be paid when you’re making $300,000+ by your mid thirties.
Elijah Collins
Then this isn’t about what’s Yas Forums but something that’ll be > mentally stimulating career with status and earning potential Why’d you make this thread on here then loser

Yes, whilst allowing me the time for sleep and exercise. Engineering feels better suited regarding
Jose Rogers
Accounting or Finance bro.
Andrew Smith
biochemist, pharmacist pro tip: get gud at math, that's the difference between a retard and someone useful
Eli Martinez
Lol you gotta git gud
Then you can waltz onto a pharma job easy peasy
Adrian Brooks
This user is right. I have a PhD in quantitative ecology, finished a good postdoc in a well-known program, and started what amounts to a tenure-track position with a world-renowed organization. You can't expect to start in a secure job fresh from undergrad. Hell, when I graduated with my BS in biology, the only job I was offered was a low-level position at Philly zoo.
ITT: STEM fags shilling their field despite 99% of people in STEM being DYEL or obese The most Yas Forums degrees/careers are going to be the ones that keep you off your ass all day, preferably outside, or ones that focus on human health Off the top of my head: archaeology, environmental science (can be a park ranger), sports medicine, nutrition
Brayden Martinez
Most alpha is economics, just tell people whar they're doing is fucking useless and that theyre an idiot for thinking they'll get paid
Gavin Rogers
Unironically military.
Juan Kelly
Can you redpill me on archaeology? Kind of interested in it
Logan Rogers
You can go dig in some middle eastern shithole at best. Upside is you see cool shit and the rabbit hole is never ending.
