I've been drinking a lot more, maybe 3-5 beers a night. But also working out twice a day and eating much healthier. I'm not sure.

I only started getting into fitness since the lockdown

my mental health has noticeably deteriorated
im not unemployed, but my office has been shutdown, so im not working
work provided much needed structure and purpose to my life
i no longer am striving toward any worthwhile goals
i cannot find it in myself to do bodyweight exercises

My mental health has gone downhill when I thought it couldn't get any worse.

My being locked down with my parents is pretty harsh, mainly cause I can handle a chink virus (and if I die, I don't give a fuck), but I wouldn't want to see my parents die.

Aside from that, I've stopped the booze completely, since I can't go out with friends anymore. Still totally fucking depressed, sign that my borderline alcoholism was more a symptom of my depression than a cause.

I get up at 1PM every day, go to bed at 6AM, this is shit. But I'm still getting my workouts in, I've started taking cold showers and I do Wim Hof breathing every day. Feels pretty good.

I started running a mile a day at my local park just to spite Lori Lightfoot, haven't been lifting weights and I feel flabby.

Worsened big time. I was getting back in to stronglifts hitting decent numbers before it struck and closed the gyms. So strength is down. I stopped running because meh so cardio is down. I started eating like shit out of boredom so I have gained weight. I went on a run today for the first time in like a month and it was fucking horrible. Getting my shit back together, I have no excuses since I still work.

I think the only thing stopping me from going uber obese mode is the fact that going to the shops is a chore so I don't go and buy food on my lunch breaks.

I worked out for 3 days in a row about a month and a half ago and my body has been sore all over and ive been tired ever since, I went for a walk last week and did some arm workouts with 15lb and 30lb regularly despite the pain. haven't done any kind of core or leg exercises and those hurt the worst. been getting plenty of good food and rest too.

don't have any scale but am visibly still losing weight. possibly around 23-25% bf from 30% or so

luckily have an entire ham in the fridge, and 4 cartons of eggs, 2 gallons milk, plenty of water, 6-8 5lb bags of rice (from before the quarantine)

yes I have no food and lost 15lbs

Declined a slight bit but not much.
