Anything else is just diet adherence methods be it the warrior diet, the 16:8 IF, the eat stop eat, the paleo, the IIFYM, the low carb, the low fat it doesn't fucking matter because if you lose weight it all comes down to you ingesting less calories than you are burning

Warrior diet, like all fads, has some good points and some idiotic ones. Why can't these people making these diets accept the anthropology that humans are supposed to eat meat? What sort of "warrior" eats fucking grapefruit or "vegan protein" instead of meat... idiotic. A real warrior diet would be at least 70% animal foods and the rest from edible wild plants like berries. Any deviation from this template is modernist garbage.
