How's it going, lads? How's the back? The knee? You're not gaining weight during quarantine, are you? Remember, the metabolism is slowing down... you can really pack on the pounds if you're not careful...

everything is going to shit and i've had enough of it

that cartoon was made by late 20's people who's health took a downturn after they left school and completely stopped all physical exercise and think that it'll just keep getting worse no matter what they do, when really if you take care of yourself men can remain fit, strong and healthy into their 50's

Turning 25 this year, still live at home, trying to get into my field (will take another year minimum, or more depending on this corona bullshit), what advice do you fuckers have for me?
>What do you wish you did starting at 25 to be better set up when you hit your 30s?
>What would you have done differently?
And kind of random but, would you have cycled test if you didn’t? I plan to regardless, just wanted the input from you boomers

>tfw 29 and only now starting to lift, getting my driver's license and trying to learn employable skills (coding and other computer-related shit)
pray for me lads, i want out of the neet manchild hell

>What do you wish you did starting at 25 to be better set up when you hit your 30s?
Met my wife sooner and had kids. Not get into the oil field. Drop stupid hobbies for more productive ones. Diversify my skills.
>What would you have done differently?
This pretty much a repeat of the first question

finished my degree, went to live alone, found a good job, investing my money, working on the side on an interesting project with a successful friend. I have been working out since I was 17, 33 now. Things were rough a few years ago struggling with a very debilitating injury but things are looking great right now to be honest. Better than ever, single now but have had girls since I was a teen. Never had problems with chicks.

I'm late 30's and now I'm starting to get repetitive calf injuries. I can warm up and stretch for 25 minutes but at any random time my right calf will just go. The worst part is that it will take a week+ to heal to the point I can start to do cardio again.

The good side to being late 30's is that arms and back never need warming up yet (esp. arms). Also, at mid 30's I noticed less mires from ladies which was a bit of a bummer but then I started to grey a little, shaved my head (due to thinning hair), and now I get mires from teenagers, which is a bit weird (must be daddy issues).

All good thanks user
Need to impregnate the gf in the next couple of years I reckon

Everyone is different user. All I would say on that score is dont put off until 30 anything you could be starting right now.

Why are you considering test, is yours low?

How do I into driving at this age? How tf do I learn and how long will it take?

how are these injuries occuring?

Come on, son. It's [current year]. Just google your city's DMV and look at the requirements.

I wish I'd learnt that women are more receptive to being chatted up outside of clubs/pubs; I wish I had bought property while it was still cheap; I'm glad I travelled as much as I did; I wish I had stated my pension earlier (so I can retire earlier).

Done differently - I wish I didn't give a fuck as much as I did about what other people thought. Women don't care if you have a rep for being a womaniser, people don't care if they they think your flattery is dishonest and most people respect you if you have a passion for something, whatever it is.

39 here
back is tweaked yet again in the L4-L5 area (herniated disk).. probably have to quit doing deadlifts permanently as it just gets re-injured so easily and becomes painful to even sit.
shoulder clicking like always and a torn AC joint but pressing doesn't hurt
left knee is still a problem from years ago but its no big deal. just a little MCL tear that occasionally acts up
elbows sometimes have joint pain, but I have broken both of them so that is to be expected.

I should just switch to cardio only

I am superior to my 20s self in every way. Stronger, faster, richer and higher social standing. I’ve far surpassed my own father and my children look up to me with more esteem than God.

Wish I knew sarms existed. Thrilled to try my first this month.
Had a kid and work gave me 2 months paid leave. Used that to work out in my basement power rack. Now I'm wfh. A great year so far.

>decided I'll go to a nutritionist and have a diet for me
>decided I want to learn how to swim
>still confused if I should go back to gym or nah

Honestly I like running. But I'd gym the only way to get jacked?

They first started jogging. I would do 6 mile jogs 2 or 3 times a week. Now they can occur on heavy bag workouts or on short 3 mile jogs. It really pisses me off as I love jogging; it is a really cathartic process.

I think I must have torn the muscle, then aggravated it a further 4 times. I would go see a dr but I'm going to wait till corona season is over.

Christ. Just do yoga and pilates, man...

It seriously doesn't matter how old you are. Everyone from teenagers to retired housewives learn to drive. On average it takes 20 hours of lessons to get a license, or at least that was true for me.

>decided I want to learn how to swim
You can't swim?
Why?
Both my kids could swim before they started school.

You are like the opposite to me; Lifting never gives me any problems but cardio fuck me up.

maybe his kids are black

Well into their 50s and even into their 60s.

Im asking where I get practice. Should I just walk up to a car and give it a firm handshake?

Don't you have driving instructors in your country?

My family is poor and couldn't afford anything. I eventually graduated from university at 28, going for a PhD while working.
They believe diets and exercise are bullshit.

>23, was a NEET 18-21
>in school for nursing, doing well
>working at a nursing home
>very fit consistently lifting for 3 years
>want to kill myself more than when I was a NEET
Haven’t had a gf in 4 years and I only increase in social ineptitude despite constantly getting closer to “making it”

Between the ages of 18 and 25, your test levels are at their highest, your body is still young, you have alot of energy and not very many responsibilities.

if you didn't "make it" by 25, you still had 5 years to get your shit together but you didnt...

so why in the actual hell do you people think now, at 30+ with a weaker body, lower testosterone, less energy, that you'll make it when you've instilled 10+ years of bad habits into yourself?

also, 30 isnt young. you're 5 years away from being middle aged...

add "cant fucking read" to that list, dumbass

Cringe pussy thread.
>I’m 30+ I’m a special snowflake!!!

I’m gonna be thirty soon, smartest person i know, looksmax, steady income, morals stronger and I have a gang of young girls on my cock. I’m watching people of all ages all around me, young and old, stuck being the same person doing the same lame shit day in day out. From where I was when I was 19 to where I’m at now, looking over all the things I done, I feel like I am in heaven. And I haven’t even begun to fight. These next few years are gonna sodomize all my enemies. Lord have mercy
