Is this actually a bad thing? On my workout days I eat at least 30 grams afterwards, and I would imagine I go over 50 throughout the day because of it.

I'm not convinced you aren't trolling me. I've read everywhere that you should do, at the very least, 0.6 grams per pound if you're trying to gain muscle, which would put me a bit under 100 grams.

That is a no issue for your liver and kidneys but it slightly unnecessarily high.
I just aim for 100 grams and anything above that is fine.

lol 90g is enough for muscle synthesis, the extra just gets wasted and turned into sugar so you gain fat, yeah it does give you more glucose for better lift but I mean there's a reason athletes get prediabetes when eating 6 times a day with a high carb high protein diet, don't do it long term

You can either exceed it with 10-20 grams or fall short that doesn't really matter. Of course If you are cutting you may want to make the protein a bit higher to ensure that those muscles you "work out" stay that way and not shrink like your balls after you went on that TRT cycle, with your hopes to become aeshthetic.
