yes

no I fucking love beans

They need to be properly prepared, or they're very harsh on the digestive system and have active anti-nutrients.
They need to be soaked overnight in something acidic (water with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar) or be sprouted.
This is how traditional diets have always included beans.

Based and ethical protein pilled

Yes

No, beans & peas are the most based source of food on the planet

Protein, Carbs, Fiber, and all the micronutrients you could ever need

Take the beanpill

beans are the most toxic staple food

What about cooked canned beans?
They were already cooked and soaked in water.
God bless red kidney beans

bad?
yes but not enough for you to care
what you should worry about is the macro and nutritional values in general, which are shit

rice beans and chicken breast is my daily holy grail

kruto

Not him, but he's right. Keep eating beans, shitty seed/plant oils, whole grain products and foods sprayed with pesticides. Then proceed to watch what happens with your digestive health.

Why do you think people nowadays suffer from all these chronic digestive issues that were of no concern years ago?

>schizo
Fuck off with that shit, it's cringe

imagine having to tell someone to avoid raw beans lmaooo

This. I personally avoid them because I regularly found them in my digestive tract, so I'm probably not digesting them, resulting in bowel issues

Found it interesting that beans contain cyanogens, as I knew it from years ago. Literally nowhere in my text did I state; "avoid raw beans." You're a retard if you do that anyways.

That aside. You seem like a resolute mong. Keep shilling.
You seem like an absolute shill.

literally in the photo you posted?

Are you illiterate? I alluded to the text, not photo. Read what I said carefully so your brain can comprehend it.

wait i think your responding to someone else. i just literally pointed something out in the photo you posted lol

Canned beans are fine. The thing to look out for in raw/dried beans is phytohaemagglutinin which cause food poisoning-esque side effects. Boiling/canning beans deactivates the toxin making them safe to eat.
