Reduce calories to around 1300 a day, consume 50 carbs or less, high protein to keep muscles as much as possible. Probably should do some light cardio exercise.

Multiday fasting

Lost 30lbs in 1.5 months by running 72 hour fasting every week. I ate at 700 deficit the other days, and had one day eating without counting(family dinners).
But you should be careful with 45lbs. I had very slight skin sag but not noticable.
Also you need to adjust your carb intake after fasting, or else your insulin will spike and you will regain that weight in no time
