This nigga prayed on my downfall

I don't usually like rap for lifting unless it's DMX

It's not. My best workouts come from EDM tracks and heavy metal.

Ok, that song is pretty good. you should listen to Lil Tjay

What are some new albums that are good for lifting from new artists?
Stopped caring about rap like 3 years ago but recently went back to it, got for my gym playlist people like DaBaby,Megan The Stallion, Comethezine, Denzel Curry, Maxo Kream, Rico Nasty, SadaBaby, King Von, are there any others?

Trance is the best for lifting. I get the best workouts when I just blast it. youtube.com/watch?v=3_YBIeU7VSU

i don't listen to music when lifting but i do watch saitama fight boros on a loop

It's not. And it's a basic "fighting the system holding me and my brothers down". Are you black OP ? Do you believe this shit, in the current year ?
The instrumental track isn't even giving off an energic vibe.
All in all, poor choice. Not even as an ironic lifting song choice.

2 first ones are really not my taste either (rythm is all over the place, lyrics don't resonate with me and I can't empathise with that kind of headspace either), 3rd is a bit better but same as the two first ones, too much distortion and effects.
Not my pick for an Eminem lift song, but as least the voice track is clear and the rythm make a little more sense.

Overall you're making progress.
