Baby broccoli or some shit apparently

Does she have a special diet? Like lots of blueberries or just eats a fuck load of garlic? Some ancient chinese herb? Tea?

Are you fucking serious retard? You're going to eat the same stuff and some random dude's aunt because she didn't get cancer?

Yes

Dude, everyone is different. some people smokes packs a day and never get cancer, some people smoke a couple times in the teens and develop lung cancer later. Some people smoke regularly and do and some dont. Who unironically still smokes in 2020?

You don't smoke spliffs?

Just play it safe and you'll be fine. Up to 400 milligrams (mg) of caffeine a day appears to be safe for most healthy adults. That's roughly the amount of caffeine in four cups of brewed coffee, 10 cans of cola or two "energy shot" drinks.

My mom and dad have been smoking 1-2 packs a day for 35 years
Mom has a pretty brutal smokers cough, dad is doing fine
Landlord has been smoking longer than that but he has COPD, can't walk from the door to the car without leaning on something to cough until he dry heaves

Well do your parents follow any smoker diet to prevent cancer?

Brocolli has sulforaphane in it, which has been proven to repair damaged lung tissue. So eat a lot of brocolli or take a concentrated sulforaphane supplement.
Stay very hydrated at all times to reduce strain on the heart from vasoconstriction due to smoking, eat a generally alkaline diet (eg. mostly green vegetables) and take high doses of vitamin C to reduce the odds of developing cancer. Avoid drinking alcohol while smoking as this can promote squamous cell carcinoma of the mouth and throat.
Practice overall a way of smoking that mitigates overall harm: 3 a day max, keep your throat open and relaxed whilst inhaling to avoid leukoplakia growth, and never smoke directly after stressful situations as this effectively trains you to be addicted to it. Don't ever smoke for long periods without breaks, always pause for atleast 4 days between packs.
Happy smoking, user

Not sure if I can do that. I'm like at a pack every 2 days but will try

mouth related cancer is so scary

possible to go your whole life. also possible to get lunch cancer without smoking... its all odds and smoke increases the odd by quite a bit.

buddy did chew and got cancer in his mouth. they ended up grafting some of his leg skin into his mouth. had hair growing in his mouth for a year.... so God damn gross.

He doesn't eat his weed for max gains

Is that Gail the snail?

>they cope.
That can't be the original ad can it?

Dude fuck the cancer, the non-cancer detriments are much worse. It fucks up ur skin, ur teeth, and you stink.

Mom eats healthy
Dad eats garbage out of plastic containers and mountain dew

Outside of Yas Forums "cope" is not usually regarded as a pejorative, much less an insult.

It does fuck my skin. Everytime I buy a can of dil (probably once every 2-3 months) I break out terribly that very first night

Smoking doesn't 'give' you cancer. It increases your likelihood to develop cancer. The difference between smoking just a couple cigs a day and a whole pack every day is negligible, if you have the compounds in your system at all it's a bad time.

That likelihood is compounded by lifestyle, diet and overall air quality. You cannot mitigate the increased probability of getting cancer by eating more fruit.

Cancer isn't the only risk of smoking. It decreased lung capacity sharply and strains your heart, making it all the harder to keep your lungs and heart strong with cardio.

It's a waste of time and money and the only supposed benefit is a minuscule test boost which you could just get by lifting harder.

Don't smoke, boys.

In the best shape of my life before smoking I could ride my dirt bike for 45 min x 3
For the first time back after 12 years of smoking half a pack a day I went out rode for 35 min x 3
If you sit around and chain smoke maybe it will hurt cardio, but if you stay active and smoke they cancel out and give you the cardio of an average person

yes

My grandpa was a heavy smoker and died from lung cancer, im 23 and have been smoking about 5 ciggies a day for two years on and off. Im probably not the “lucky” type that wont die from smoking related diseases if I dont stop right?
