You drink "snake juice" which is literally just water with salt and potassium and optionally magnesium mixed in to keep your electrolytes balanced so you don't feel like shit. It is incredibly simple and muscle sparing:

For anyone interested in losing weight, just look up the fucking snake diet, look at the people on the facebook group who are losing weight by this method, and give it a try for a month to see what your results are. You're not going to die or fuck up your body or lose your precious gains in a fucking month. You've been a fat piece of shit for years. Just give it a try and find out for yourself. I guarantee you it is the easiest, fastest, and most muscle sparing way to lose body fat.

I have talked A LOT of shit about water fasting, but this is what I’ve actually been hopeful was possible. This actually makes me want to try it. I have done 72 hours simply to test my will power and that was without the snake juice, so I know I can do it. I’m going to finish another 2 weeks of my current cutting regime (1000-1500 calories and cardio+calisthenics), and then I will start with one 72 per week. Then onto 2 a week. Thank you OP, if this is real and not an elaborate troll to meme autists, then you have proven me wrong that water fasting just makes you skinnyfat

Just have a plan for what you will do if you get cravings. Like you can go for a walk or whatever (Ideally somewhere like a park where you're not walking past a mcdonalds, just have something in mind that you can do instead of eating like a fucking coward.
If you can, try to make your last meal low carb. It doesn't matter too much. But do you eat a lot of carbs currently? Generally carbs will make you hungrier the next day. You'll probably be surprised to find on the 2nd day of the fast that you don't really feel hungry except for a few minutes here and there around lunchtime and dinner probably.
When you get hunger pangs, they will pass pretty fucking quickly.
Try to discern whether you are actually hungry or if you are just craving food because you want the dopamine rush. There's a difference and it's pretty easy to tell if you stop and think about it for a second
Be prepared to have some diarrhea at first. If you chug too much snake juice all at once, the salt will make you piss out of your butt. You don't need to chug it, just drink throughout the day.
Don't try to max your weight loss by doing high intensity exercise. Some people do this and get away with it, but I wouldn't recommend it. Do low intensity stuff like going for a walk, or literally even just standing up instead of sitting down.
Don't complain about how the snake juice tastes. It's not that bad. Some things you can do to make it taste better tho are to get it cold af. And you can add cayenne pepper. I do this and like it but it's a mileage may vary kind of thing as you can imagine.
Watch a snake diet video or two everyday. Try to pay attention to the dates and watch the more recent ones rather than the older ones. The info is largely the same, but Cole has changed his protocols on some things over time. Like he used to advocate long af fasts like 10 days or more. Now he says 72s are the way to go

I think snake fasting is great. A lot of people in the /fast/ general say you don't need the electrolytes for 48s and 72s but that has not been my experience at all. I have done pure water fasts for 72s and I have done snake juice for 72s and I can tell a major difference, especially in terms of not feeling sluggish in the morning. I use snake juice for anything beyond 24 hours
THE ISSUE WITH PLAIN WATER FASTING IS THE DEPLETION OF YOUR ELECTROLYTES, WHICH WILL LEAD TO ISSUES DOWN THE ROAD. SNAKE JUICE (SALT WATER) IS THERE TO KEEP YOUR ELECTROLYTES UP. NOTHING ELSE TO IT.

I mean, his muscular development in pic 2 is easily achievable with two months of bodyweight exercises. As far as being cut, that is 100% a bodyfat issue. There are a few other factors, like he fixed his tan and the second pic has more favorable overhead lighting that accentuates his muscles, but still overall it's an impressive transformation
Yeah on that 72 after about 15 hours I started getting lightheaded, after like 30 I was getting dizzy, lightheaded, I’d stand up and everything would fade to black for what felt like minutes but was probably only a few seconds, all wobbly too. I think I did dips and weighted pushups on the first and third day. I can definitely see the benefit of electrolytes. I’m gonna look into the recipe and get what I need. Might pick up a bunch of zero calorie Gatorade or caffeinated MIO as well just to make it even easier

I wouldn't recommend the zero calorie gatorade desu. I don't remember the exact numbers off the top of my head, but the sodium and potassium levels are way lower than what is in snake juice. You'll probably be flushing out more electrolytes in your piss than you are putting it. I mean you can def try it and see-- I think experimenting with shit is good. Or maybe like a once a day "treat" I dunno. But if you find yourself getting lightheaded again, I would cut out the gatorade and just stick to snake juice.

Yeah this is true, at some point people need to switch to 48s and then just OMAD when they are ready to maintain, but for most people that point is a long ways off
Fasting definitely works, probably the easiest way to lose weight. No need to worry about calories, you just know you're not eating today so your mind goes to the next thing.
