For me it’s sushi. It’s not filling at all and tastes amazing. I need to eat a minimum amount like pic related just to feel satiated otherwise I’ll be still hungry. So I reserve it for when I’m bulking OR the rare cheat meal.

You hav earl most no taste buds, bud Did you read the OP? The point was specified man. It’s that I don’t find it filling unless I eat way too much, so it’s something I reserve for bulking. It makes for a great bulk meal and yeah I consider it fairly healthy.

Same. Sucks when you not only lose the motivation and stop lifting as much/eating as clean but then as time goes on and you guys break up you’re then starting for scratch. Actually where I am right now oddly enough

I usually can resist every type of beer while cutting, but this is one of the tastiest I've ever had. I could drink an entire 6 pack in an hour, it's so delicious. I love red ales.
Anyone else notice how they may just have "trigger" that sets them into a downward spiral?
Like usually I only work out and eat healthy because I did the day before, kind of like Newton's law with the objects staying at motion thing.
However when I hang out with a group of guys we often get pizza and that totally fucks me up, generally I'll roll back into degeneracy the next day after I eat pizza.
Other triggers would be weed, parties, clubs, and booze
