Natural. Just great lighting and really dry that specific day.
Forearms from my stint with climbing. Don't do it much anymore but size has been maintained through regular pulling exercises.
No clue what you see in my rear delts. This photo is from last year and thought of my rears delts as my weakest point in my physique. And went into my bulk trying to fix them with okay results.
