What do you not get? That's the shittiest most muscular I've seen in a while; you're barely showing your arms. And even if you were, the gap between your tendon and bicep would make your arms look a lot less full than they would in other poses. Found the powershitter.

The pose you're trying to hit. You need to rotate your arms more so that you can actually see more than just the front of your biceps. Again though, it doesn't look quite as good with high bicep insertions.

My arm workout:
straight bar curls: 3 sets 12-15 reps
concentration curls: 3 sets 12-15 reps
close-grip bench press: 3 sets 12-15 reps
Forearm curls: 3 sets 12-15 reps
Reverse curls: 2 sets 20 reps AMRAP last set
What do you reckon? I get frustrated by my arms because my body dwarfs them. I think if I cut a few bf% they would ‘pop’ more.

Photo on the left is me now (20 yrs, 82kg, 180 lbs, 6 foot 2), photo on the right is me 6 months ago (77kg,170lbs). Pretty dismal progress when I put them next to each other despite consistently going gym 2-3 times a week doing Scooby's intermediate program even though I was looking stronger a month ago but I don't have a photo. I thought that now with corona and everything it would be a good time to cut for summer so I went on a 10% deficit but looking at my current state I think that might be retarded.
Most I will have access to is 2 x 22.5 kg dumbells and a bench for the foreseeable future.
What is the best course of action? Bulk? Cut? Maintain?
I will admit that I probably wasn't eating enough and the pictures show it. I only started tracking macros recently but have been diligent with it.

Breakfast: 4 shredded wheat with berries and milk OR cauliflower rice with egg whites
Lunch: Pea/Lentil soup or chicken breast with asparagus
Dinner: Chicken breast with spinach or mixed veg
Protein shake with 2 bananas in the evening
Comes to about 2200 calories

How many grams of protein you getting in? you may want to bump your kcal intake up more.
I'm eating around 2200 kcal a day and roughly 170g protein
If you gain bodyfat at a higher rate than muscle, then lower your carbs (assuming a low need). Id try bumping it by 2-400kcal/day for a week or two and seeing how you get on, add more if youre seeing no change.
One pitfall I fell into when I started tracking my intake was counting all my proteins as equal. Things like grains are generally not very useful for your body in terms of protein. Search up the DIAAS protein ranking.

You have one of the strangest bodies I've ever seen. You might be able to make a good base out of that though. Cut to skelly mode and get your diet in check so you can clean bulk. Be sure to focus on lats and shoulders the most bc you'll have to work for that v-taper. You'll be alright though. Keep working.

Yes, but not any time soon if you're not in an actual gym. Keep working. It took me about 4-5 months to actually look big enough for tank tops. You'll see gains fast if you're in college on a meal plan.
