Yesterday I was boxing against my chair to harden my knuckles but afterwards pic related started to swell on so I put an icebag on it.

Today that joint feels really fucking rusty when I try to move my finger all the way down. It's as if there isn't any fluid in that joint or at least very little.

Is this something serious that I should worry about? Thanks in advance

from what i understand after a joint gets fucked(arthritis, trauma, fracture etc.) it's a lot more sensitive to stuff like air pressure so when there's a drastic change (e.g. before a storm) it hurts.
