Can with 1-2-3-4 lifts post physique? I have 1-2 and am not super impressive looking, kind of want to see what I'm training towards

1-2-3-4 only means your an intermediate lifter. If you wanna look hot, really hot, expect to be going for 2-3-4-5

Eh, I feel like 1-2-3-4 with low bf would work for me. I've got a decentish face and being fairly built with low bodyfat would make me look pretty good

A "plate" is a 20kg/45lbs weight plate. One plate is a bar plus one plate on both sides, so 60kg/135lbs. 2 plate is 100kg/225lbs, etc.

2-3-4-5 here, some of these i can do for reps like bench and deadlift. Dont expect to look decent at 1234

275 is above average depending on their weight, id consider someone kinda strong. If you can rep 3pl8 for reps its almost strong but if you can do 150kg for reps then id call that strong

It usually means one of 3 things:
-You quarter squat and think you go full ROM
-Not enough practice on the DL to perfect form (this happened to me, used to have a heavier squat too)
-Shit grip strength

The reason why you "look like shit" isn't because of your lifts.
It's because of that disgusting unkempt body hair alongside with unfortunate pec and maybe abs insertions

I always thought I had shit form for my DL but I've been told by bigger guys I'm fine dragging bar along my shins and no back bend.
