Most of your work volume should be around 80% of your 1RM, so unless this program goes well below 140kg you should be good.

I'm 6'3" and my back REALLY hurts if I do deadlifts or squats with the wrong form. I've been referencing this gif but a lot of the time it feels like this "correct" way to do it is causing me more pain. I'm progressing with overhead press and bench press no problem but squatting and deadlifting have me beat.
What should I do as a tall guy? Wider stance? Angled legs? Wider grip? What am I missing?

Or you could improve your grip strength to avoid slipping. My point is that cleans helped add to grip strength and power off the floor which transfers to deadlift. The absence of aiding factors in chalk and belt on the later attempt is meant to illustrate that it improved my deadlift by a larger factor
