How many pull ups can you do?
How many pull ups can you do?
about a million
unironically ten
5x5 with 22kg, never tried my max without weights
Probably 15-17 since I do 10 as an easy warmup. I don't feel like ruining my rest days with testing my max, though
As opposed to ironically ten?
Pretty sore last week when I tested my max and I could 17, so maybe 20 fully recovered [I'mma tell you tomorrow if the tread is still alive]? I'm a Yas Forumsizen for little over a year but never trained specifically for pullups
tell me where to get a screw-less bar or im gonna knms Yas Forumsthread/55112202

From 2 a month ago
10. I didn't improve those 10 in months, don't even care
Can do 10 or more on a stable bar
There's this wonky cable machine with railings in my gym that I can only do 8 because everytime you do a pullup the whole thing shakes
8 on a good day. I hate pull ups.
At least 10. Was using them as my main back exercise up until a few weeks ago. The most I got up to was 14 but I've changed up my routine since then.
'bout 10. I could barely do one this time last year though to be honest.
Up to 11 now. With quarantine its the only back workout I can really do so ive gotten better at it.
Strange, depending on the day I can do between 12 and 20. I've been doing 4x10 with 30 on the belt. Also my bar spins, pic related.
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Around 4, and lol at all the larpers itt
I haven't maxed out on unweighted reps for a while but I know for sure I can do 20 clean bodyweight pullups. Have also done one rep of weighted with 100lbs.
My back looks fairly juicy overall, but I'm still not a lat-monster. Likely because my biceps tens to do a good chunk of the work.
this is ironically ten pullups
Like 6
Went up from 2 in these few months tho
8 to 10
>can deadlift 501kg
>can't do a single pull up
Interesting
Just did 11 with good form, then one more half rep. I've been doing grease the groove style stuff since I began working from home. It's kind of nice to break up the day with a quick set of 5-6 every hour, and since my old max set was 3x7 a month ago I'd say I'm improving pretty decently.
All of them
12 chinups
11 pullups
55lb 1RM weighted pullup
270 lbs
0 hair
50
And I'm skinny fat.
18 pull ups
22 chin ups.
Can’t get my numbers more than this. Any advices? Should i focus more on volume or i tensity? A 100x5 set a day can improve me or is a dumb idea?
30
but i'm a manlet ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
About 18 if I'm fresh at around 220lbs. Weighted I could probably max around 125-140lbs added. Haven't tried in a long time.
At this point you need to focus on either adding weight or getting fancier with them. Work towards a 1 arm pullups. Do assisted unilateral pullups. Do that shit black guys do in parks.
3 with good form, but I'm also 115 kg
about 15
I'm only 150lbs and can do up to a dozen, anyone who says they do more is a kipping retard or larping.
>t. Weakfag dyel
I'm 15kg less than you and could do a dozen with 15kg weight added. Stop making fatty excuses, fatty.
I have to use a band to give myself some assistance for the home one but at the gym idk I’d say 10-15. I weigh 235.
post form, half-repper
Well all my life I've been able to do precisely zero, but I've also lost around 35 pounds since I last attempted one, so I might be able to pull one off finally.

my record is 26 in one set but I've been doing weighted pullups for a while and making snails pace progress. i can do 4x8 with 5kgs. I WAS at 8,8,5,3 with 6kgs on my last pull day before the cursed chinky flu shut my gym down
probably gonna struggle with 3 kgs when it's all over (if I don't neck myself)
The real question is how many muscle ups can you do? my record is 7, they're fucking hard desuuuu
23
never done any more than 15 but my weighted pull up is 110kg combined weight for 3x5 (dunno if that's any good, probs not)
how is it he can do like 160kg lat pulldowns for multiple sets but can't do a single clean pullup?
God that's pathetic
I've been doing ring muscle ups (no swing), my pb is 4 in a set. Extremely based exercise.
I once did 40 pull-ups but now I have weakened and I am able to maybe to like 20 pull-ups
Sometimes I was able to do one or two pull-ups with one arm
honestly, probably because he doesn't want to look weak. there are a ton of strong as fuck guys in my gym with ridiculous numbers and they are the more resistant fuckers to go anywhere near the pull up bar i've ever seen. they end up not training the movement and they don't have the specificity or the technical skill to make progress on it as a result.
At least 25
I barely work out
about 18, or about 12 with my 20 lb weight vest. even just 20 extra pounds really ups the difficulty
>tfw you realize pullups are the best indicator of overall fitness
>tfw it's entirely a matter of BMI
>tfw not being fat is the whole game
>tfw you stuffed yourself and lifted metal discs for nothing
I think 15 is my max, but I haven't tried to go for AMRAP in some time.
20
12 since yesterday
It was my goal, i dont know why would i want to get more than that i think im getting a weight vest
2.5
That's up 2 from beginning of corona. Hoping to get at least to 5 by May.
Same situation for me
I can do 6 in general, 8 on the first set.
He himself is 200kg.
I can do like 50-70 unweighted pullups. But then again I'm only 5'3"
25
How the fuck does this happen? You should be able to rep out pullups with at least 15kg if you can do 26 in one set.
