i started going bald in my teens too. totally destroyed my confidence. surprisingly was still able to date some girls, even a few hot ones, so I think a lot of it was just in my head (just not on my head). Probably would have done much better if I wasn't so self-conscious about my hair loss. Yes just like being short it will reduce your options but so long as you're good in other areas it doesn't mean you'll be unfuckable. Don't develop a complex over it like I did (easier said than done, I know) and you'll probably do okay.

Definitely shave or buzz. And yes, tan and muscles, maybe some facial hair, will improve your look a lot. Still very possible to have a handsome, masculine look without hair
