5'8, 160lbs. 3 weeks of gym closure and only exercise I can do is OHP, latrial raises, lying tricep extensions and DB rows. Pullups and chins at park midnight to avoid park enforcement.
I only have 90lbs of weight and a ez curl bar. Legs and chest are gonna take the biggest hit.

6' 168lbs, recently started doing pull ups again, wanted to lose weight to spare the door frame too much stress. Damn bro, how'd you get so lean? Personally that's even leaner than I'd ever want to be but super impressive. Damn, that's a turtle shell. Which TMNT are you? Based. I’ve always had huge neck veins, I think it’s because I’ve got such a massive brain (and a gargantuan IQ) that it needs a lot of oxygen, thus my neck veins are YUGE
all clean food with a weekly free meal eat roughly 3000 cals give or take, if I wanna eat more one day I borrow from the next day, or the other way around. at least 200g protein usually more. I don't track fats/carbs.
