Any advice boys?

fast forward to today, a full month later

>cant do more than 25 push ups before complete muscle failure
any idea what this is boys? went from like 65 max to 25 in one day and havent recovered for a month. it seems to be my shoulders giving up way, way before the rest of me is tired but i could be wrong. i would hate to see a doctor over this if possible. pls help my career is sortve on the line here.
