He isn't touching the bar with his sternum. Doesn't...fucking...count!

I can do 12 bodyweight pull ups when fresh and +35 lbs for 4 reps. Anything beyond 10-12 reps is endurance territory.

based Uncle PD Mangan

those are rookie numbers unless you are very fat

No, I'm 5'8" 155 lbs @ about 15% BF. Also, I couldn't do a single pull up up until last August and was like 140 lbs and skinnyfat. I'm pretty happy with my progress so far.

Kinda related
>been seeing a bunch of normies filling out "quarantine" surveys on fb lately
>has a question asking "Can you do 100 push ups"
>Everyone answers "yes", even the fatties
Shits hilarious, I'd pay top dollar to see them try

so you are a rookie then

How did you go from 0 to 1 and then 10+ ??

Just did a lot of pull ups. Being 140 lbs helped a lot too, even though I had little to no muscle mass. Started with chin up negatives and inverted rows and made my way from there.

Also, I did some greasing of the groove when I had the necessary free time.
