You could experiment with cube predator, the various sheikos, do your own programming, CLutz intermediate, Nuckols' other programs such as Average to Savage or the Journey, or even that one Excel sheet he has with a bunch of different progressions to make your own program with, and many, many more.

Be sure to do the variant I mentioned with a neutral grip. I personally use a narrower and more diagonal hand position with DBs, it's mostly the ROM that is what is good for chest development.

ive run smolov base mesocycle for squat and smolov jr for bench back to back for 4 months and increased bench from 125kg to 157kg and squat from 143kg to 192kg and deadlift from 180 to 220kg x3 without deadlifting once bw 78kg -> 83kg AMA
