You could experiment with cube predator, the various sheikos, do your own programming, CLutz intermediate, Nuckols' other programs such as Average to Savage or the Journey, or even that one Excel sheet he has with a bunch of different progressions to make your own program with, and many, many more.

Be sure to do the variant I mentioned with a neutral grip. I personally use a narrower and more diagonal hand position with DBs, it's mostly the ROM that is what is good for chest development.

Muscles recover in 24-48 hours, full body 4x a week is fine if you are progressing just fine and enjoy it
