You can do way better, but at least put a brace on the other side of the tall post and in between to stop it from suddenly collapsing on you. Don't rely on the nails to hold your bar when you squat either, scab some scrap lumber to it at least.

got this today, got about 70kg of weights for the thin bar, dumbells, curl bar, chin up bar, skipping rope. picking up an olympic barbell and some bumper plates from my gym which is luckily renovating at the time so will sell me cheap as. paid $250 for rack, bench and weights.
just put two car tires on top of each other and use them as a bench instead

You can get a better workout just using 1 of those plates and doing insanely high reps. The science is clear but nobody wants to do 50 reps cause some retard from the gym said it won't help him grow.

hypertrophy ends at 14 for big muscle groups and 20 for small muscle groups
