I used to sleep 18+ hours a day. I got things in my life (Job and stuff) to force me to wake up because school or the gym or "in the morning I'm gonna do this" doesn't cut it. I also saw a doctor about it but they said I was perfectly healthy
waking up without school or a job quickly becomes a Herculean task.
I don't like to sleep but in the morning I wake up and know I have to go to the gym at that moment or I won't have time for the rest of the day, so suddenly I don't want to stop sleeping until I know it's too late to go to the gym, then I suddenly hate my bed again and get up fast. What do I do?
