Firstly, this study was taken at a private university that is fairly elite in Spain in the 90s. So this does not represent women as a whole. Second, there were way more males tested than female, which can skew the data. Third, two or three of the four tests administered were tasks women are typically favored in. And fourth, the test says that multiple subtests are needed for accurate data and that the paper merely is meant to point this out - not prove g scores are similar between men and women. Also I don't think this study has reproductions.

As for intelligence, the differences in IQ scores are not very significative, but the variance for men is a lot higher, leading to a much higher % of geniuses, hence why major contributions are mostly the work of men, since they are mostly the work of geniuses.
