1) I'm interested in supplementing HMB, and every study under the sun lists HMB-free acid as superior to HMB-calcium bound. Yet everywhere I look the HMB's that are sold are the calcium ones. Do you know where I can find the free acid version?
2) Is there any way to boost ATP via supplementation? My understanding is the traditional oral ATP pills don't work. Co-factors maybe?
